Custom Collage

At my last little art show a friend asked if I would make a custom piece for a nurse who has treated her and her husband very well. Of course I was thrilled to say yes. The instructions were: the word "appreciated" and she likes purple. Between the holidays and my work though I hadn't had time to make it until today. Here it is:

*the textured paper that appears whitish is actually lavender.
