They grow up so fast

A couple of days ago the collard greens grew their first real leaves. For perspective the largest of the new leaves are slightly bigger than my thumbnail.

The spinach just sent their first real leaves out this morning. The new leaves are slightly smaller than my pinky nail. Tiny, baby leaves.

It's amazing looking closely at the plants twice a day, the changes that happen just overnight. We planted the garden two weeks ago today.
