2. I went to my NVC practice group tonight for the first time since last spring. It was great to see the facilitator and to be reminded of all that. I hope NVC is one day my default way of communicating.
3. I saw my second home health patient today--I thought I would have a hard time knowing what to teach her, but it came naturally. That felt really satisfying, like I am exactly where I should be. We talked about nutrition, meds, and kegel's exercises. She was really receptive.
4. Tomorrow I am meeting my third patient.
5. E and I are going on a late night date to IHOP right now.
