Five things I am grateful for today:

1. I just got home from the gym. I am really grateful that I LIKE to work out. I was there, did my elliptical-ing, lifted weights, stretched, thought about going home and then thought, "hmm, I could watch 45 more minutes of Grey's Anatomy if I just sat down on this stationary bike". And so I did. My love of that show is downright embarrassing. I claim to dislike t.v. and then what? I go and fall head over heels for a stupid drama. And oh how I cannot get enough of it! Then I came home and ate 6 pieces of cheese. I think the workout made it taste even better.

2. I finally made that pear crisp this morning. We had it for breakfast with some divine chicken sausages, over medium eggs and sourdough toast. It turned out well, not crisp, but still good.

3. On Sunday I am getting two new patients! Yippee! Both on the east side where all of my clients are except for one.

4. Two days until one of the very best holidays of the year! Eee! More on the details of that later.

5. Patience. I am grateful for the patience I am attempting to cultivate as I go through a small dry spell of inspiration. I just don't want to do crafts. So yeah, grateful for patience.
